This applies to all APIs, third-party platforms, software systems, and internal tools integrated with Desibox.io services, including staffing and on-demand driver management systems.

3. Integration Requirements

• All integrations must adhere to industry security standards (e.g., OAuth 2.0, HTTPS).
• Partners must provide clear API documentation.
• Data sharing should comply with applicable privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Changes to third-party APIs must be communicated in advance to avoid service disruption.

4. Security & Privacy

• Data encryption is mandatory during transmission and storage.
• User credentials must never be stored in plain text.
• Access is restricted via authentication tokens and role-based permissions.

5. Testing & Maintenance

• All integrations must pass QA testing in a sandbox environment.
• Regular reviews and updates are required to ensure long-term stability.
• Any integration-related issue must be resolved within agreed SLA timelines.

6. Termination of Integration

Desibox.io reserves the right to suspend or terminate any integration if it violates security policies, causes service instability, or no longer complies with business objectives.
